At Zulily, we strive to offer unique finds at incredible prices; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, most items can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return to ensure we can continue providing deep discounts.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the eligible items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the returns portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your store credit will be issued once the return is processed.
